A word about file sizes and image DPI

Remember, your coupon is being designed for your webpage. The end result needs to be great looking and fast loading. Right? You can insert just about any sized image into the coupon but keep in mind:

The larger the image's file size is (meaning the actual size on the disk), the slower it will render when you preview it. For instance, a file size of 100k will render much faster than one with a size of 4MB. Keep your file sizes small!

Use images with a DPI of 100 or less. This will keep the rendering time quick and you images will still look great! The built-in Image Manipulation screen can resize large files while retaining much of the image's quality.

A word about color
The more colors and gradients on your coupon, the bigger the file size. Larger file sizes can slow down your coupon's load time on your website.

Adding the Image

When you draw an image onto the coupon canvas, a dialog will appear asking you where you want to retrieve the image. You can choose to use an image from your computer or from our growing online clip art gallery.
